I can't believe how disorganized everything was. We got stuck at the parking boom-gate multiple times because they hadn't recorded our vehicle details. The parking staff were unhelpful, leading to ridiculously long delays. Such a frustrating experience!

Possibly the best and great stay on holiday. Great pool, parking on site. Supper friendly, excellent co-operating staff, incredible location just next door to all that Liverpool has to offer, and something that blares music until 2 am. Also, close to everything...

Sincerely, it was a really great stay on holiday. The location was marvellous, with Coastal Heaven nearby, where we could eat.

I got amazing value for my money; staying in a brand new, spacious room was like living in a luxury suite from the movies!

Breakfast offerings could be improved with more variety.

The spacious suite, with floor-to-ceiling windows, offered bright natural light and a fantastic view. The location was ideal, with a cozy cafe and shops just steps away. The pool and sauna provided perfect relaxation after a day's exploration of nearby landmarks like Westfield and Liverpool Museum. Staff were friendly and accommodating, making our experience even more enjoyable.

Location is a total win! Just steps from awesome cafes and shops! I loved having a comfy room to crash in after a busy day exploring. The beds were super cozy, and the shower pressure was on point, making for a nice start and end to each day.

But wow, the service was a letdown. My room wasn’t ready at check-in, and I had to wait longer than expected. Plus, the air con barely worked, so it was pretty stuffy in there. And don't even get me started on the cash policy; it just feels so wrong. Not impressed at all!

For the price we paid, I expected regular cleanings to keep things fresh and enjoyable.

I had a lovely stay! The location was perfect, and the spacious apartment was clean with great facilities like a pool and gym. Just a heads up: check-in was a bit slow and parking wasn't included, but the friendly staff made things easier. Perfect for a getaway!

I had a pretty good stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and accommodating, and I loved the spacious rooms. The indoor swimming pool was a nice touch, especially after a long day of exploring the nearby shops and nightlife. Breakfast was satisfying too, giving me a great start to my day. Plus, being so close to everything we needed made it super convenient for our plans.

There were a few things that could definitely use some attention. The bathroom could've been cleaner, and I noticed some minor issues with the service during check-out.
